Host Simon has turned his passion for wine into his profession. As a passionate wine connoisseur, he devotes himself to selecting and maintaining our hotel's wine cellar. He is supported in this by his wife Michelle, who shares his enthusiasm for fine wines and is herself an experienced wine lover. Together, they bring diversity, expertise and personal recommendations to our wine selection.
In the stylish ambience of our wine cellar, you can expect carefully selected wines from Austria's top vintners as well as popular wines from Italy and Spain – from classics such as Grüner Veltliner, Riesling, Zweigelt and Blaufränkisch to surprising rarities.
At a wine tasting with Simon and Michelle, you will not only experience exceptional wines, but also their warm nature and in-depth expertise. With a fine nose, trained palate and great joy in sharing their knowledge, the two of them never fail to surprise and delight their guests.
